The only good things about this hotel were the wifi which worked well, and the location which was convenient for accessing sights and transport links. It's a shame these small features were outweighed by the hotel's numerous negatives.
This hotel was a waste of money with terrible service, dirty and poorly maintained facilities, uncomfortable beds and dirty towels. Despite a note reminding guests not to get the towels dirty, they were already in a poor condition and desperately in need of replacement.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. I was impressed by the amenities offered, including a well-equipped gym, a delicious breakfast buffet, and a convenient location near local attractions. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of exploring.
the cleanliness of the room could have been improved, as there were some dirty towels left behind and the shower could have used some extra attention.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to amenities. the room was spacious and cozy with a lovely view, but unfortunately, that was the only positive point about the hotel. the bathroom was old and poorly maintained. the breakfast was basic, and the service was unprofessional.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a problem.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The first thing that impressed me was the impeccable location. It was conveniently situated near all the main attractions and transportation options. The service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The housekeeping service was top-notch, with the rooms being spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including the heating and air conditioning, which kept the room at a perfect temperature. The soundproofed rooms ensured that I had a peaceful and restful sleep. Moreover, the free toiletries were of excellent quality and added an extra touch of luxury. The flat-screen TV in the room provided great entertainment options. Lastly, the dining facilities were superb, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
